Grass-fed beef is pricier due to a longer time to reach processing weight on an all-grass diet. Many farms today feed corn or grain to the cows for quick weight gain, and it's essentially fast food for cows. And because it's not their natural diet, the cows require antibiotics due to the unnatural diet.

We ensure a humane and respectful harvest in accordance with Halal guidelines. Our beef is hand butchered, flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain the highest standards of quality.
